I walked into Spec Savers PMQ last week and they were busy, which is great for a local business. The thing is I waited for 3 minutes at the counter to be served and was not even recognized. The 2 staff behind the counter were occupied cleaning glasses for customers, and 1 on the floor serving, but not one person would even acknowledge that I was there. How about a "I am just serving a client a the moment, but I will be with you in 1 minute if that's OK with you" But no, nothing. You lost a good customer through your appalling level of service
I have worn spectacles from the age of 4 and contact lenses since 16. I have visited more Optometrists than I can count and have undergone several surgeries - I can be considered a complex case. I take my hat off to the Port Macquarie Specsavers team. Front of house the service is excellent; professional, efficient and offer great attention to detail - nothing is to too much trouble. My primary Optom at SpecSavers is Mark; I have found him to be meticulous in his approach. He is terribly thorough, understanding and communicates very very well. I feel very comfortable and confident that Specsavers are able to provide the service I need to manage a pair of complicated eyes and the team are an absolute pleasure. They are very highly rated indeed!!
