Specsavers Optometrists

Really disappointed. Called to request my contacts be ordered (as I couldn't order my type online), and three weeks later hadn't received a phone call. Dropped by to see if they'd arrived, and after 20 minutes of checking everywhere, and trying to order them online, they found out they had them in store. Checked them when I got them home and they were wrong. Called to explain and request they order the correct prescription, waited a week, still no call. Went in on the weekend, and they'd arrived but had been "too busy to call". Would not recommend to anyone!

Fantastic place. Mark, the manager is a top bloke, took his time to explain my options and broke down the pricing. Colin did my eye exam, and really took the time to go through the issues I was having. When I picked up my glasses, they took the time to make sure they fit my oversized head, and I didn't feel rushed out the door. I've been in a few times since to have my glasses adjusted (due to my rough handling of them), and they have a customer for life. Great staff, non-pretentious store where I'm not made to feel guilty for not wanting to spend over $800 on glasses (like other places). Also good selection of frames.

These guys are boarding incompetent when they are slightly busy! I had to wait 45mins for a 3:30pm appointment even after they acknowledged me when I arrived. They seemed to serve people in random order and they ended up giving my appointment away to a random as he had a striped t-shirt (I also had a striped but different colour!). They obviously don't even check the names of people before their appointment. Stay away unless there is no one in the store, maybe you may get a half decent service.

I like their selection of glasses and sunnies, huge range of models and designer brands for a very reasonable price. I find their contact lenses one of the few I can wear and are comfortable. Great product. Staff is always very helpful and knowledgable, I get all my appointments with the optometrist done here as well, they are quick and almost no waiting time. They are also very flexible with appointment days and time. Customer service overall is great.
