Pretty impressed. Friendly, professional, and super helpful. Got an eye test (been a few years since I'd had it done) - a small prescription recommended - but absolutely no pressure to do so. I decided after feeling a squinty lately looking at the computer screen all day long, I'd go for it. The retail staff were amazing at helping me choose some jazzy frames. Couldn't have made a decision without their help. Again, no pressure... just genuine service. Top marks. Highly recommended.

First time i went into this store to order glasses i was very happy. But when i went back to pick up my new glasses, the attitude from the staff was RUDE, unwilling to help people.



I put my new glasses on and instantly got a headache and found out the my subscription was 2 sizes higher than i needed....and they said thats how they do it there. I asked if it can be changed back to my original level and they didnt want a bar of it.



It was a big inconvience for my to go there and they just insisted i take it home and try it then come back if it needs changing....so after being "MADE" to do that, and behold, after several days and nights of wearing, it still hurts badly.
