Specsavers Optometrists

don't usually do reviews, but the staff at Knox were so efficient and friendly that I think it's worth sharing. From my initial phone call through to picking up my glasses nothing was too much trouble.

The optometrist is very kind and accommodating but the service staff leave a lot to be desired. Very incompetent with ordering and communication, and became very rude and unfriendly when the level of service was questioned after a third attempt to get my request right went wrong. Got hung up on, calls unreturned, told that my frustration is not their problem. What should have been a simple process took months. Tested my patience to the end. It's a shame when you want to support local business but they prove to you why bigger chains are doing so much better.
