Specsavers

THE WORST, was told my contacts would be a few days, after a week and a half I call up, still no contacts and no idea when they will arrive. I say that I'm going O/S in a week and would like them before then and I am then told they will arrive Monday, so I call Monday and get told they are back order and will be two weeks. This is terrible customer service, no one even called me to say this was happening, I had to call three times to chase these up. I ordred these 2 weeks before my trip giving them seemingly enough time to get them in. I will NEVER go to specsavers again, and Miranda store and service is the worst one !!

Ordered my glasses - after the two week wait I received the confirmation text for my appointment to come and collect the glasses as well as have them fitted correctly. Arrived for my appointment , they could not find my glasses - they then told me that the order had been cancelled and there was nothing that they could do so I could start again - another 2 weeks ..
When to a different supplier who had my order in 2 days...

Shocking service , short tempered staff who preferred to talk over me than listen to my questions . Went else where and received attentive and knowledgable service.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when i recently purchased new prescription glasses. The two for one deal was also great value and allowed me to choose two different styles to mix and match or keep as a spare.
