I joined the gym in May because has been recommended by my neighbor.
When I sign the gym I asked if were possible to pay cash..."No problem" was their answer...at the moment I sign…
On 16/7 I have been told , that the gym change their policies so if I want to keep on pay cash I have to change my membership to casual (30$ x week) or I have to give anyway my bank details and pay cash in advance and sign a contract…
I felt treated like an idiot and really feel bad about the all situation.
If they told me immediately I will never join the gym.
I am so disappointed because I want to train with my mate....
The gym is nice and quite but really poor costumer service…
I sign 4 months to another gym 300 mt aways...I paid cash as I requested, no question asked and they even told me that a week before they expire day they will remind my payment via TXT on my mobile and they give me 2 weeks for free.
This new gym on the block is great value with excellent equipment and small classes. The mothers' classes and childcare are fantastic, and best of all is the friendly staff and welcoming vibe.
