worse car wash ever! force groupon customers to book wash dates. but hardly ever honour these dates. do not answer phone calls for bookings, do not answer emails for bookings. So I arrived there Tuesday morning, place was meant to be opened at 8:30am. but yet still by 11:05am the place (my booking was for 10:30am) was still closed and I found the workers asleep in a car in the car park which car wash is located in. workers said they did not know where boss was and they have been waiting and waiting. my friend who was lucky enough to use their groupon voucher, said his wash was done very poorly. small bits of dirt and smudges all over car, boot was not vacuumed and they lied about doing the wax job. groupon since have unlisted this business due to large number of complaints started to issue refunds.
This car wash is located next to Costco. Found a Groupon deal of $45(value up to $95) with full detailing package includes external wash and dry, vacuum(full car), wax, dashboard dusted, windows inside and outside, interior trim and console detail, fragrance, wheel detail, door surrounds, final shine and hand polish.
I was told by the boss that it will take about 1.30 hours to complete. Came back after 1.30 hours, the workers have just begun to rinse my car with water to start the washing process. Fortunately, there was a sitting area with a tv (camera) to see the cleaning process outdoor. ...read more
