Communication is shocking, the quality is worse, but the worst thing about SpeedRack is dealing with the owner when things go wrong.
The "new" beams were rusty. They replaced them and the new ones are still scratched. It took us weeks to get them delivered and they refused to respond to any emails or calls until the day of delivery. Their driver dropped off 16 beams instead of 12 and now they are threatening legal action against me for stealing. They expect me to return them.
I just don't understand their attitude towards quality, customer service, and handling complaints.
They didn't even live up to the "speed" in their name.
Customer service from owner Aaron is absolutely atrocious.
Arrived to pick up NEW racking and was given badly scratched and abused materials. When asked to change them over for materials in better condition, Aaron just instructed his boys to put the materials back inside. Then made me wait for ages until he screamed out why I was still there. At that point I requested a refund if I can’t get what I paid for in reasonable condition. Was told that was all I was getting and then told if I cancelled the order I would loose $200. No where on their terms and conditions does it spell out a fee of $200.
