Excellent customer service - booking process very easy, Julie was great, and the guys turned up on time. Emails are sent promptly explaining the process. Great company to deal with. And definitely speedy!! We now have a towbar & bikerack for the weekend after an initial enquiry on Monday :)
Terrible service! Do not use if you don't want your car damaged! I had a towbar installed at home back in March and the installer broke something small in my car. He explained that they would order me a new part and come to me to install it, which was fine. 4 months later it is still not fixed despite numerous calls to get it rectified. Finally spoke to someone today and they advised that they could not install it mobile and I would have to come in. The broken part is a tiny plastic tray that even I could install. After many calls back and forth by my husband and myself we were told 2 different stories and then told they have "wasted too much time on this and wouldn't be coming out to me". I work 6 days a week so cannot go to them. I simply want my car fixed at my location as promised. I have taken this to the office of fair trading and am awaiting a result. For a company who pride themselves on customer service, I am disgusted with they way we were treated and spoken to.
