I was initially very happy with my bag but not long after, some stains started appearing on the cotton side of my bag. I did not stain the bag at all. It was my favourite bag and I was very careful with it. When it was sent back to Spencer and Rutherford (as it was still under 6 months warranty), it came back to me the same way, stains and all. The owner of the shop that I bought it from said there was nothing else she could do. There was no refund for this very expensive bag, which was clearly faulty. I would never buy their products again.
