It's standard takeaway food, so don't expect anything fancy. But it's cheap, filling and tastes good enough. The pad thai had a nice lemony punch to it. They were a little light on the chicken, but overall it was a good dish. The pumpkin and egg stir fry also had a nice Thai flavour. My main issue with this dish was the amount of rice compared to stir fry - I know they're cutting costs, but I ate literally less than half the rice. Overall, it's an okay but not as memorable as others restaurant.
Tiny restaurant and very popular with the locals, but it's not the cheap eat it makes itself out to be. Don't be fooled by the price rating on other sites. This is an expensive restaurant for a low key BYO place. Our dinner was $180 for 6 people which was 2 shared entrees and 5 shared mains, steamed rice and just water to drink - and the servings are not huge so we bought ice creams for the kids on the way home. Service is wonderful - cold water served the moment you sit down and very friendly and accommodating. However expensive though, the big disappointment is really the sweetness in EVERY dish. This has always been my favourite Thai restaurant. Although its very small so best to only go with max 4 people if you want to dine in. I would usually go here for take away (downfall they don't do delivery) but its really good Thai food so its worth the drive. Plus super friendly service. Haven't been in a while and think I'll go here next time I'm craving some tasty Thai deliciousness.
