I used this laundromat for the first time today and I won't be going back. Knowing it was a coin laundry I got change; but apparently you can only use $1 and .20c pieces, $2 coins are out. There's no sign telling you this, you just have to find out through trial and error. I couldn't get the 6kg washing machines to work (I don't think they were turned on) so ended up having to put a 4kg load in a 16kg washing machine at twice the price. This machine will only take $1 or .20c pieces so I had to try and find somewhere that would let me change my $2 coins - not an easy task. I have no doubt the surrounding businesses are sick to death of having people come in looking for change and rightly so. So something that should've on taken half an hour or so ended up taking three times as long. I'll definitely be going elsewhere in the future.
