SpinStar Indoor Cycling Studio

SpinStar is a dedicated indoor cycling studio, sometimes known as a spin studio, staffed by quality instructors carefully chosen for their instructional technique and professionalism.

Unlike large gyms there will be no joining fee, no forced ongoing monthly charges and no minimum sign up term required. You simply pay for the classes you participate in. The more classes you like to do, the less they cost. And everything can be booked online.

If you are new to spin, please sign up for one of our free beginners classes where you will be shown how to set up your bike and given a personalised card to remind you of the setup for your next visit. Your instructor will explain the various positions and how to use the resistance lever for the different phases of your ride.

Our aim is to make indoor cycling accessible and easy for all people of all fitness levels. It is high cardio and low impact, therefore gentle on the body and not likely to cause injury if the rider is setup correctly on the bike.
