I am completely satisfied with the carI rented from Splend and their straight forward policies and statement. Not to forget the hardwork, guidance, assistance and customer satisfaction of the success representative, mechanic and front desk customer assistance. They are all friendly and very helpful in times.

If you want easy and stress free, then Splend is the company to go for. The process to get me on the road, earning money with Uber, was easy as, and so professional and such a smooth process. I have been with them for nearly 3 years now, and I have never had any issues or problems with them. I recently changed from just renting, to a rent-to-own vehicle, and the changeover was done within an hour.

The staff are so helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The catch up meetings, and information events are suited around your location, and time, which suits everyone during their busy lives

The best car rental provider in the car rental business, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the entire process to get a rental car and then transition into a rent to own car for uber was so easy with no hidden fees. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent/own a car for Uber.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Have called 4 times and logged tickets, asked for it to be marked urgent etc and no response. Same old line that someone will call me back and never do.
Unprofessional company who refuse to deal with an insurance claim, they will just ignore.
No landlines and no email contact, would suggest staying well away from this company.
