I had a very bad experience at the Sporties Hotel Bistro. I visited with a group of approximately 10 people and found our waiter to be extremely rude. We visited whilst on holiday on the recommendation of some friends who live locally. Firstly we were told we were unable to order from the bar menu. This seemed a little unreasonable since they had a shared kitchen. After ordering (from the Bistro menu!) our food it took well over 40 minutes to arrive. When it finally came two people (one of which was me!) were missing meals. The waiter approached the other meal-less person at the table and said staff was sorry but the meal had been forgotten. The waiter said that the meal would be prepared ASAP and that it would be complimentary. Meanwhile I was still waiting for my food. After 5 minutes I asked the waiter where my meal was.
