My 4 years old son and I went here on Sunday 6/11/16 around midday. We walked in and I said 'hi' to 2 staff members chatting away at the counter, however they didnt say 'hi' back nor smile. A couple of minutes later an Anglo-Saxon looking girl walked in and they immediately said 'hi' to her. Im an Asian background woman and i had been subjected to racist treatment in the past never thought in 2016 these this things still happen! I walked out immediately. Perhaps you need to hire a couple of new staff who can be friendly to everyone.

what can i say? excellent service. wonderful, polite and honest staff. i was buying an outfit for a friend's party and i was not sure about a dress i was trying on. the ladies were honest and said the dress was too big and not flattering but went back out the floor and found other things, brought a few other dresses back to the fitting room for me. one of the dresses was so much nicer and better fitting than the one i had originally picked out. i was happy that they were honest enough to tell me the first dress wasnt great, and took the time to find me a better one. i was very happy!
