Great store. Staff are always helpful and there's always sales on too.

Being a WFHM I used to frequent the store on a very regular basis when I first moved to the Parramatta area. I have never not once been greeted by a staff member or approached for assistance. The first few times I didn't think much of it but then I began to go into the store to test them out and it became ridiculously apparent that the shop girls are not interested in talking to or helping their customers. Absolute stark contrast to the shop girls at Mecca a few doors down, who have the most impressive customer service skills I've ever experienced. I get treated like a VIP every time I go there regardless of what I'm wearing or how much (if any) money I've spend. The Sportsgirl staff could seriously learn from them. Sportsgirl was always one of my top three stores at which to shop because I loved the label for its quality and style, and because they offer both casual and corporate lines. Very helpful staff. I was after a size 6 black and white print shoes and the staff did everything they could to locate one. Unfortunatelty they were unable to locate one at the parramatta store, however they were able to tell me which sportsgirl store would have it around the area. It seemed that they had a dedicated staff to hang around the change room area and talk you through "what works" and what "doesnt work" - Fast service at the counter. friendly staff.
