My absolute favourite shop! Always got heaps of stock and the service is excellent, the boys in the fitness department are especially helpful. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about, I've been shopping at Sportys since I was a kid and its always been great. Would definitely recommend a visit there if you haven't already!

Prices are not reasonable as a main thing. Staffs are not helpful. Poor uptrend stocks as many of them are outdated. No way.

Worst customer service ever... No greeting from numerous staff.... Other staff too busywork stock to help... Woman who did serve was very unhelpful,disinterested and rude... Went there to buy football boots..spend decent $$$....will never go back again....disgusting!!

sorry to complain here but i thought i wouldnt get a response elsewhere came in today for a new pair of trainers waited round for 45 mins without getting served. the staff even had the audacity to serve a customer who just walked in right next to me, even though i had 5 pairs of shoes scattered around me at the time trying them on without any help. twice both me and my GF were brushed off for families and kids before we got another staff who dragged other staff from the back room 45 mins i hadnt even seen them!. they asked what we needed... "help" i replied with a laugh (by this time i had 5 boxes of shoes opened and scattered around me with bits of paper, shoes and stuffing next to me. also a 300$ pair of shoes on my feet my GF holding another 2 boxes in her hands) my girl asked if they had the shoes she was holding in size six they said "no we dont stock that size" and walked off we looked at each other confused, then i finally snapped i said f**k it lets go i ...read more
