Had 6 business shirts drycleaned. They shrunk every one. I can’t wear them any more. He essentially said, “I can’t see how that happened” and didn’t offer any solution. He accepted that the shirts had shrunk but did not accept responsibility as it is “the same process he uses every time and he’s never had any complaints” I have had these shirts drycleaned elsewhere before with no issues. I eventually got him to refund the drycleaning bill ($42) but he refused to even consider paying for new shirts. Terrible demeanor and rude. I have to buy all new shirts now. DO NOT GO HERE.
I signed up to true local for the sole purpose of letting people know they should stay away from this place. Not destroying your clothes is the only thing they do right in my opinion.
-5 minutes waiting at the desk to drop off two pairs of pants (they saw me right away and didn't say anything)
-Charged $23.30 for two regular work pants
-Big sign telling you they won't accept responsibility if they damage your clothes
-Dropped off monday morning and only ready on thursday afternoon
-They have no discounts (actually they have one). I asked if there were any others I should know about to which a grouchy lady snapped "drycleaners who give discounts go out of business"
-Clothers were drycleanined as per usual (nothing special for the top dollar paid)
-General unfriendliness from staff
