Spotlight Bondi Junction

The staff are lovely but they are overworked, harassed and stretched thin. Buying anything takes forever and god help you if you just have to ask a question - you have to get in line with everyone else. The really annoying thing is that prices are rarely visible, adding to the atmosphere of confusion and increasing the workload of the staff. It's still the only place in Bondi Junction to buy sewing and craft stuff though, and sometimes their specials are fabulous...just plan a half day outing and remember to hydrate!

Spotlight has to be one of the worst designed stores ever! You have to wait in line to ask a simple question, it takes forever to be served and it is always a mess. The staff are lovely and when you do get a chance to speak to them they are really helpful but they clearly need more staff and a bigger store.I just dread having to buy sewing materials and having visited stores in QLD they are exactly the same!
