Spotlight Midland

Incredibly bad service. Ring up to ask a question about a product. On hold or getting put through for 20 minutes. Not much better in store either. Just get told no its out of stock. There's no solution finding!! Check other stores. Same thing. Ring head office and same responses. Spotlight overall has bad service.

I think Spotlight in Midland is a terrible place to shop. I was in there yesterday, looking to buy some fabric, but couldn't find the sort I was looking for. I also couldn't find anyone to help me find it. Round and round I went, but the staff were only interested in chatting to each other. I was browsing the fat flat selection also - the range on the shelves was very sparse. The big deep shelves had plenty, but it was thrown in, in a big jumbled pile....so you could only see what was on top. I decided to ask the checkout staff for assistance on my way out, but as I approached the desk they turned around and faced the other way....though I know they saw me. I was so annoyed I called the store, from the parking lot to let them know what had happened.....and I won't be shopping there again.

I think Spotlight in Midland is one of the best places to go for all your sewing and craft supplies. My only picky little thing thing is I wish they would just stick to craft and sewing etc, and steer clear of side earners like saucepans, and give that floor space to the products they understand and sell so professionally.
