Spotlight

Today I experienced Very Bad Service! A product I purchased scanned more expensive than the ticket price. I advised Lady who served me on the register. She replied, some one just went on there tea break, so wait over here & when they get back I will go & check the ticket! Extreamly poor Customer Service. It's not the first time I have experienced there pricing is in correct. Come on Spotlight you have great products & plenty of range, but Poor Service on many levels. This is Poor Leadership in your Burleigh Store. ??

Very rude staffs with bad attitude problem! Please hire better staffs that know customer service well!

This is my local Spotlight store. It's not stocked as much as some of the other Spotlight stores but still has plenty. This is a busy store, sometimes it's difficult to find staff to help. But staff are very friendly & happy to exchange or refund items if necessary. And there's always specials on each week, more so if you're a Spotlight VIP member.

Huge store with the usual Spotlight offerings. Lots of material choices, craft bits n bobs, curtain rods & readymades, bathroom supplies, Manchester, linen and kitchen gear. More than you can imagine. But wait for the sales if you can!

If you're into craft you will not be disappointed with a visit to Spotlight. Parking is plentiful and this store is located within walking distance of the shopping centre and also Bunnings (so send 'him' there while you are brousing in Spotlight!). I have never walked out of Spotlight without making a purchase of some description.
