We ordered blinds for a business. From the start weve noticed a bit of a struggle with them but still decided to give them a fair chance. Spotlight came and measured but only after weve made quite a few phone calls.
We put our order in and we were told it will take six weeks for our order to be ready.

I feel like a walked into a ghost town where I asked ghosts about products that they felt didn't even exist... Maybe it was some sort of Aprils fools joke at the end of December where they played a game with all the staff and though it would be funny to just not respond to customers and instead to just stare at them like a dear in headlights? We asked one staff if they had stuff for candles they replied "I don't think anyone from the crafts section is working" that was it... There was a sudden awkward silence, they then said 'I'll call someone over but if no one comes... Then yeah..." They literally said... "Then yeah" and walked off. And then this staff who sounded like they just got thrown into the future and was confused and didn't know their own name, came upto us... And asked "what are you looking for?"
