Spotlight

I wish I could leave zero stars. Terrible customer service. 3 girls at the cutting counter and only one is serving. 2 girls at the checkout and they are both serving the one customer! One is processing the sale and the other is bagging. Are they serious? How are staff like this still employed?

This is not the largest spotlight so a few times it hasn't had what I've wanted. The lines for fabric cutting are always huge too.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this particular spotlight leaves me so annoyed every time I walk out. They always seem incredibly understaffed! In my experience, the queues are always huge and there is never anyone available to assist you. I wish it could be a once off matter but this has happened three times! Definitely won't be going back any time soon.

The back sales reps in fabric were great. They were kind and very helpful and knowledgable. The checkout clerks at the front of the store were rude and ignored me while I tried to check out for at least 5 minutes as they were talking to eachother.

#reviewtowin This is the closest spotlight to me and I dislike going there very much, no matter when I go the staff are always horrible, rude and totally uninterested in helping you. Except for one lady who pretty much forced me to put my fabric in a basket before I paid for it at the front counter. Stock is everywhere it is such a mess! It is literally jammed pack with merchandise and the prices are always marked wrong or will scan incorrectly. I honestly don't know how they keep the business running
