like all most spotlight stores in Sydney, understaffed, queues are short but only one person serving at the dress counter leading to 15- 20 minute wait. For me Spotlight is only ever a last resort, better to take your business where 1. someone who knows what they're talking about.2 you don't have to clear half a day in your schedule to get what you need.
