Spotlight

Have been here twice, both times have selected fabrics which were set at an exact sale price then gone to the counter and found out that they cost a lot more. First time I paid with a gift card and was not told the total but assumed it was the amount it said on the label and then couldn't return the fabrics as they had already been cut. Also, the fact that most of the staff are teenagers who know nothing about fabric can be quite frustrating when trying to find things. Also a complete rip off for low quality fabrics but that's just spotlight in general.

This is a really big spotlight with good parking. Great selection and the last time I went the staff were so helpful finding what i wanted and even heavily discounted the end of a fabric roll for me.

Spotlight at the Big top is good. Parking is easy available in the large car park outside the shops. The cost of items in the shop are reasonable but I had to find staff to help.

Spotlight customer service was terrible. They would not cut material & offered me to cut then the manager walked over and advise me not to cut my own material. Absolutely terrible. All the staff had different views of opinion and could not agree. Maybe some training needed so they could all follow the same system.

A good place to shop, surrounded by lots of other interesting stores. Range inside is quite good, friendly staff.
