Spring and Summer is an Asian Restaurant and bar in St Kilda, serving share style menu dishes. With a Thai focus and other Asian cuisine inspired as well; the dishes are created to bring together the freshest flavours and colours of Asian cuisines and art of balancing the sweet, sour, spice and salt of each dish. The contemporary menu is paired with an extensive curated drink list, including a range of vibrant cocktails and authentic craft beers, a place to visit for a meal and drinks shared with friends. Spring and Summer represents good vibes and good times. 

 We are open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday and lunches on weekends.
