Springbank Medical Centre

I like most of the doctors here and reception staff are friendly and helpful but what lets it down it the waiting. Most of my appointments end up waiting for at least 40 mins and have waited for well over an hour in the past. The last appointment i arrived on time and the doctor only walked in to the surgery 30 mins after i got there this was in the morning. I understand there are leggit reasons for running late but when you have to wait that long with a 2 year old and a 5 year old its quite fustrating.

Worst experience ever. To start with one nurse is rude and arrogant. The other nurse is absolutely brilliant and know its stuff plus my kids love this nurse. Also not a fan of the other doctors.One doctor is absolutely brilliant and I can't wait until this doctor comes back.

I've been to this Medical Centre twice. I don't know of this doctor you all talk about. I have seen one doctor who didn't even pretend to listen to me for 5 minutes and wrote me a script for pain killers and a vague "come back in a couple of weeks if you don't feel better". I've also seen another doctor there and is no better. They don't seem to listen, and completely miss the point.

Springbank Medical centre is by far the best Medical centre I have ever been to. Dr Chris is a wonderful doctor he is very thorough and always cheerful great with my children and always asks if there is anything else he can help with. I have been going there since the centre opened and will never go back to another centre. The wait time can be 15-20 mins sometimes but well worth the wait and it is not all the time. The nurse service there is great too. convienient for having blood taken or immunisations. Would reccommend this Medical Centre to anyone and have.

I have been going to Springbank for a few years now and love it!!! The reception & nursing staff are excellent, so friendly! I see Dr.Chris and couldn't recommend him high enough!! Most DRs will just rush you through, and not care or explain things.. Dr Chris is complete opposite!! He won't rush you through, and will go through everything in detail, and will do anything he can to find out what's wrong. He's so friendly as well. I used to live 10mins away but now live 30mins away, but we always go back to see him because it's impossible to find a decent GP now days! It's really hard to book in and see Dr.Chris on the same day, it does happen sometimes, but you usually need to book up a day before as he is so busy and booked out!! But we don't mind, you expect that with a good gp!
