the absolute WORST wholesaler I have ever dealth with. could not get ONE order right. one or two orders, sure, accidents happen. we are talking 30 orders! and every single one was wrong. defies all logic that a business is this incompetant. They have also over charged on 3 occassions and cannot grasp basic math, like how much you have charged a customer versus how much they have actually ordered. It amazes me they are actually in business. do yourself a favour and find someone (anyone) else!
Amazingly friendly and exceptionally helpful. I would have to say it's the best service I've received in a long time. They go above and beyond to help you find the right products, pack it into my car and basically make the whole process as easy as possible. I couldn't recommend them more:)
Terrible service. I ordered an item on their product list, but they didnt have it in stock. I was told it'd arrive in 2 days. After a week I didn't receive any info from them so I called them up again. Now they said they're not sure when they're gonna receive the item, and hung up on me. The worst supplier with the worst service.
