Springers was excellent - from quote to installation we received great customer service and we're extremely pleased with the 13kW system we had installed on our roof. They don't use subcontractors so we felt like we were in good hands. The lead electrician clearly explained everything to us on the day so we knew exactly what was going on and how to read the data. Great price and even better service. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, you need to check what you paid for is working Before you drive out. Paid $1400 so when I drive it charges house batteries in motorhome. I rang within 2 hrs stated it wasn't working I got fobbed off. 6 weeks later a 2nd opinion revealed it wasn't working.
Drove 180 klms for them to do what I paid for. Ben informed me 'trying to save money cost you time in the end'. Ben blamed me for his shotty workmanship. No apology no compensation.

Thank you to Dave Whinnett for helping me with testing my Sirocco fan quickly so we were able to go away again having sent it back to use on our holiday. Being on crutches, meant I needed the fan to cool me inside the motorhome with all this hot weather. Recommend you & Springers to our traveling friends. Happy camper now, Cheers and many thanks.

Very friendly and professional staff. There is plenty of parking and it is very easy to find just before Shell.

Very happy with these guys throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable consultant who didn't try to push the sale through or suggest things that would have increased the price unnecessarily. When they came onsite to install, they made sure we were happy with the location of the wires running from the roof to the inverter under the house. Quality of work was very good too. Highly recommended.
