same service 5 or six years later . pharmacists accessible and honest and to the point. I wouldnt trust anyone else to look after my family's health. Prices are very competitive but what price do you pay for someone who seriously cares for you and your family? they go above and beyond what anyone could expect . Linda and Nigel are legends . they will do whatever they can to help you and they actually care . you are not a number or have one of those gizmos that alert you when a script is ready. this is a true family pharmacy and I love these guys the way they care for my family and remember all their names and issues .I couldnt praise them anymore for their professionalism and their concerns for our family health.

I have been a custmer for 18 years already.
This is a great chemist and a wonderful owner.
They have always been very velpful and will go the extra mile for you.
I do not beleve any negative publicity about this chemist.
They will always have 100% support from me.

The 2 old ladies who seem to think they own the chemist couldn't be ruder! I was told by the chemist that they would call me & let me know when my script was ready (I live 20hours away and won't be back in Brisbane for another year or so). I was told I was a liar when I asked why they hadn't called me & was told that they had. I than came in to pick up my script & was met with such unprofessionalism & rudeness! I was pretty much screamed at & told again that I'm a liar. Than when they called the chemist and the chemist told these 2 ladies that he had in fact said he would call me, all I got was a mere 'I'm sorry if you got upset but I did nothing wrong'.

truly family orientated , genuinely caring & great accurate advice. I felt ,as a customer, part of the family - keep up the good work ! we need businesses like yours that offer old fashioned service. much appreciated
