Springwood Nissan

I have never been so disappointed in a purchasing experience from a dealership. I live in the local area and always support the local businesses and I have been lied to and offend so many time when trying to buy a new car. If you get Josh Seppel as you sales person change straight away. It took him 5 goes to get the details on the contract right then would not tell us when when the car was going to be ready then after talking to the manager, then had a crack at me for calling out his rubbish. After me telling the manager I don’t want any more to do with him he then sends me an email thanking me for my business he sends it to Michael and Shannon. He could not even get my name right. I then replied with and angry tone from which he sends another email not apologising but put “haha your a $$$$ mate”. What an absolute joke of a dealership. I recently purchased the new Nissan Xtrail ST 4wd and Ashley Coetzee was on call to assist. I had a very good experience with Springwood Nissan. Anthony did everything in his power to get us into our new Navara within our limited budget. Overall a great experience & would definitely recommend them.
