Springwood Pizza

Overwhelming 'meh', nice crust, slow cook time, slow service all for a decent at best pizza.

Not the cheapest but good quality. I've had no probs with delivery.

Very nice pizza, ordered as part of a group of over 10 people on a fairly busy night and the service was still very much timely. Definitely the nicest pizza place I've been to in town and probably one of the best I've been to ever. Will definitely go back when I'm in this part of the world and have recommended it to everyone else.

Disgusting service, ordered a delivery told time would be one hour ( stop me if this sounds familiar ) then received a call saying they had made a mistake and delivery expected by 7.30. called at 7.40 told by Rude lady that they were just busy. pizza arrived at 8pm. order was WRONG not good enough after 2 hours. rang and requested a refund was told no way as it wasn't inedible and they were busy and only had one driver. Suggested they hire another, rude new owner abused me and said that its costs too much to hire another driver and they just wouldn't deliver to Hazelbrook anymore. No skin off our nose, we wont be ordering again EVER !!! pizza was horrid and bland. New owners are terrible. not the first bad experience from here either since new owner have taken over. No Idea.

We have been a customer of Springwood pizza for 30 years.
The new owners just don't know what the words " customer service"mean,recently we ordered a pizza to be delivered, we were told the pizza would be delivered in 1.5 hours.We accepted this, but after 1 and a quarter hours, we received a call to confirm our address, at no stage during this phone call were we advised that the pizza was going to be later than the 1.5 hours which was advised when we booked our pizza.
