Miserable, lazy, rude and incompetent. For example, I got given a part that was different to the one listed on the receipt. Their excuse for this was that they use the name and part number on the receipt, as they don't know the right part number for the part...Needless to say, I will never shop there again.
Hi Pandemonium, thanks for your review. can you please contact the store regarding this incident as we don't believe any of our staff to be the way you describe. it is impossible for us to book anything out without knowing the part number. nor would we pick a part without knowing the part number. sometimes suppliers change part numbers and they need to be crossed over, perhaps this is the case. If in fact one of our staff members are treating customers this way, that is not acceptable, and we would like to rectify the situation. Please call and speak to one of the owners.
