It is a fantastic experience to shop at Sprout Market. The selling price is lower than RRP for the starter, and you can have it further down by joining the membership (Costco concept)!
As I'm moving into a healthy food diet, this store helped a lot with my wallet size. Definitely recommended!

I SENT AN EMAIL ON 11 JUNE (Subject Line: END MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY. Body/Text: Hi, This is my official notification to end my membership and NOT deducted any further money from my account. The only order I authorise is #for an amount of $24.58. I do NOT authorise any further transactions." WHICH THEY ACKNOWLEDGED SEE BELOW!!
"The 30 day free trial only commences upon your first purchase. If you have signed up for a subscription and wish to cancel within the 30 days, "as you have done so", your card will not be automatically charged. However, in the future, if you place an order with us, the annual subscription will automatically kick in."

THEY HAVE NOW CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND STATING THAT I DID NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL THAT THIS IS PROVIDING AUTHORISATION????? I DONT SEE HOW, WHEN MY EMAIL IS VERY CLEAR!
I am having a terrible experience dealing with Sprout Market. When I finally received my order almost half the items were missing. They will not confirm how much they will be refunding me and just said to wait 7 days and see what it says on my account. I hope I will receive a refund at all let alone let for the correct amount. I wish I had shopped somewhere else. Cancelling the membership within the free trial period is challenging to say the least! At first they ignore that you even asked to cancel, then you have to explain why, then they offer you the same membership at half price, then they offer it again and finally the apparently accept it. I have had my bank block Sprout Market from deducting any money just in case.
Beware you cannot cancel your annual membership during the one month free trial. There is no cancellation link on the web site. The telephone nuber listed above does not answer or respond to messages. Requests to cancel your membership via email are answered by a different operator each time and they all try to negotiate with you. We take pride in our customer service. I would like to highlight the point that not being able to cancel membership during trial period Is totally untrue. Sprout Market does not impose customers to be a member if he/she doesn't see value in the service. Membership fees will be fully refunded if customer choose to opt out of the program after the 30 days trial, provided no further purchase is made after the trial.
