The absolute worst product on the market I've ever come across.
The instructions are so poorly written that they are missing huge amounts of vital information and have countless errors. The product is so flimsy that it falls apart literally as you build it let alone after. Apparently the designers decided that using half holes instead of actual holes to put bolts through would be sufficient, why!!!!? The bolts end up barely sitting in the half holes and pop out the second it's touched or you try to put plants in. It is truly awful and the customer service is even worse, when you tell them they tell you to watch a video and work out the instructions from their instead because even after countless people have given the same feedback about the error and gap filled instructions they do nothing. Tried to review on their facebook page and they deleted my review and blocked me. I guess that is one way to prevent bad feedback.
