I am quite surprised with the high rating as we had a terrible experience. came out and view our place and gave us a quotation of $550. However, 2 windows were not clean. The cleaners advised they couldn't get to the window because of its location however still charged me $550 even though he visited the premises himself for the initial quotation. I wrote an email to complaint but never heard back from anyone.
We are a local family run business who prides itself on its workmanship and our passion for what we do. We are friendly and will always look to go the extra mile for our clients. This review for us has come out of no where. We always ask our clients before we leave if they are happy with the job and we have no records of any conversation in recent history of missed windows. We will always go out of our way to fix any missed windows and we are a company who consider ourselves specialists on ground to five stories so l am very surprised to hear of 2 windows missed on a second level. But more importantly we are not indifferent to our clients and their expectations and if given the opportunity to fix this we would have.
