I was absolutely astounded with both the on ground customer service and on board service of this airline. I changed the time of a flight via email and was responded to every time with courtesy and also within minutes of each email I sent and for FREE. Onboard I was so impressed with their level of service, beautiful menu cards, great food and even a flight attendant dedicated to the children on board and announced to all passengers by the pilot. Highly recommend them!!!!!
