Booked appointments (starting at the same time) a week in advance for myself and my wife. Rang ahead of time to say we would be 5 minutes late (we had booked for five hours in total) when the owner realised she had forgotten the appointment she hung up. We were in the shop within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time and the owner said she had given away our appointment "because we were late". This made no sense because she would have had two therapists waiting at the start time and only one would have been in use, but in fact she had no therapists available at all. Clearly even though we could see the appointment written in the appointment book she had completely forgotten about the appointment and had not made staff available . To top it off she was too arrogant to even acknowledge her error, she was very rude and evasive, before grudgingly saying "sorry". This is clearly an unreliable and poorly run business.
