Fantastic, Returned here for my wife's birthday dinner, had a large table. Staff were friendly efficiant and accomadating and sang happy birthday for my wife which made the night special for her. The Food, OMG the ribs and steak were fantastic and the sides also.
Free Peanuts and popcorn.
What ever happened in the past must be due to different people i guess cause the second time was the same for us.

The pork ribs were terrible - full of cartilage which is not very nice to have in your mouth when you are expecting a tender bite of meat. The ribs were also dry and overcooked. Not like I remember when I used to go there before the fire. I complained to the wait staff who said they would tell the chef but nothing happened. When we left the cashier did not ask how every ting was like they used to do - I said I was very disappointed with the ribs and was told that the wait staff has shown them my plate! Then gave me a big speech about how many ribs they sell and how difficult they are to get. In other words I should be grateful for what I got.

Dreadful. Front of house staff has no personality. Couldn't make any kind of simple gluten free sauce. The pavlova desert was supermarket bought with spray cream. Pathetic. Really if that's the best they can do they shouldn't have bothered rebuilding after the fire. Sorry but you've let yourselves down badly.
