St Faiths Childcare & Early Learning Centre

Most of the teachers there are very good. The recording of what the children do and the celebration of achievement is excellent and the programs and initiatives are very good. However there are some staff who will complain about parents to the management, however when the parents are present they are over friendly. Some would say two faced. The management needs a drastic change. Rude, lazy and vindictive particularly the main manager of the facility. If you raise an issue with staff or managment and push for something to be done about it, they will facilitate a way of making it difficult for you to enrol your child there the following year by introducing a rule that results in a 'waiting list'.

compared to most other childcare centre's in melbourne, st faiths failed to deliver in many areas, the staff were unprofessional and rude, parents were hardly greeted as they walked, management needed significant improvement issues and problems were ignored and never resolved. this centre needs a change over of staff and significant improvement.
