St George Bank

After having a bad experience with online lending with st George, i went into the northlakes branch. I was greeted with very friendly staff who were only too happy to help get my situation sorted straight away. Chris and suzie worked their magic to resolve and complete my loan stress free best customer service ive come across in awhile. Thankyou chis and suzie !!

G'day Guys

I had a awesome customer experience when I had to take my elderly mum in & see Adam the Customer Service Specialist at North Lakes recently to help me take control over my mums financial needs etc as she is not capable any more & was finding it hard to do stuff.

So all is great now & the staff were bloody awesome in dealing with these situations which can get messy at times depending on family issues that may arise etc.
