St George Bank at Oatley must be the most pedantic bank of all time. They refused to allow me to deposit a cheque in my husband and my name into my account (despite the fact that I had proof of my ID). It was so annoying especially as I went straight up to St George at Hurstville and they deposited it straight into my account. This is not the only negative experience I have had with the staff at this branch. I rate them right down for incredibly poor customer service. The only reason I have an account with them is because they are local otherwise I wouldn't bother!
St George Bank in Oately is my favourite bank because I like that I can talk to a real person instead of a computer. The tellers there are really patient and are always ready to help me out when I lose my card (which is often) or forget my pin numbers (which is more often)
