St Ink Cartridges

Kenny was lovely, extremly helpful and genuine in his service.
I had cartridges refilled and he cleaned them first then refilled them for a great price. Further to this he even gave tech support for the printer and computer when reloading the cartridges. It is obvious he is passionate about his work.
I will definitly be back and will recommend him to friends and family.

Extremely bad service. My intention on the day was to get some ink for my printer. I have meaning to do this for a long time now and the very first store that springs to mind and close to home is St Ink Cartridges. Early 10am which is when Brimbank Gardens is open i came straight in to the little kiosk. The staff behind the counter seemed busy with their head down, i excused myself and asked if they sold a certain type of ink cartridge for my printer. The staff looked up and said "can you call me because I'm eating now, I'm in my lunch so if you call me up i can look it up for you" i was shocked, the staff did not even offer to help or ask me to come back in 10mins or say anything nice to make me want to come back. I simply ignored what they said and walked off. They didn't seem to care. 10am and having lunch and prepared to lose a potential buyer, well i must say that was just rude and a horrible experience. Even if they are cheap i rather pay elsewhere for better service.
