St Ives Shuttle

This was the worst shuttle bus experience I've ever had. Mum and I were flying back from LA, I emialed and called them to book 2 days in advance. I did nto receive a confirmation. I had to call from LAX to confirm. We were kept waiting at Mc Donalds for 25mins before departure. There was a drop off near Macquarie Uni before us and the driver took the most convaluded way to get there via the M5 instead of going through the ED and LCT. We wasted over an hour to get to Macquare Uni area. When we finally got to near Castle Hill I asked the dirver what route he was taking and he snapped at me saying "you telling me my job". Closer to home he was slowing down and I told him it was further down the road. At this point he was getting verbally abusive and extremely rude. When he dropped us off we forgot our water bottle on the seat and he threw it on the street.
