Went there twice, once when i was pregnant and the other one after I gave birth. The first lady that I saw was very mean and distracted, I heard she lost her mobile that day but i don't think it's fare to take it on the patients. The second lady was so kind and lovely. They have numbers for the patients and those who'll have their blood tested will just go straight to the other room... if you're a first timer you'll be waiting for that number to be called because it's not clear!!!
