The manager of this store was out of line. My ebay package said that my parcel was awaiting collection at this store. I come to the part of the store that looks like where you should go to collect parcels. The owner of the store said that my parcel was not there. He asked me what courier service delivered my parcel, and I did not know 100%, but I thought it maybe Fast Way Couriers, and I knew it was here (I did not have access to internet so I could not confirm) Instead of just checking if he had my parcel at the front desk from fast way couriers, he told me to go home and confirm, then come back. I told him it was a long way to go and asked him to check but he just told me I was waisting his time. Well I went back home and it turns out it was with Fast Way Couriers.
