I had reason to take my Toyota Prado to this business for repairs after a car park incident. As they are a Toyota Approved Repairer I was required to use them. I was offered a clean and tidy late model hire car for $50 for the duration my car was off the road.
The staff were courteous and pleasant and kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs and any unforeseen delays. Although the repair took longer than anticipated I was not really inconvenienced as I had a loan car.
One item to note was when I picked up my car the radio station had not been changed and the driver seat had not been moved! This is rare and I do hate it when I get back in my car and have to set it all up again!
The repairs were completed to a high standard and my car was immaculate inside and out.
I was very happy with the attention to detail, communication and ease of dealing with this crash repairer. I would be happy to use them again but hope I don't have to.
