St Paul's Cathedral

A beautiful cathedral in the heart of Melbourne just across from Flinders Street Station's main entrance and Federation Square. Donations are expected and requested if taking photos inside the Cathedral.

At the crossroads of Flinders Street Station and Federation Square, St Pauls Cathedral is a magnificent gothic revival cathedral made of sandstone, unlike much of Melbourne's buildings which are bluestone. The inside is beautiful. It holds regular Catholic services.

Certainly not a patch on it's namesake in London, but definitely one of Australia's top cathedrals and high on a lot of visitors places to see - if you like to collect church visits on your travels! Centrally located in Malbourne and walking distance to everywhere!
