St Peters Bakehouse

A mix of friendly and rude staff depending on the day. One staff member didn’t know the difference between a mug and a cup? Tables and floor dirty even first thing in the morning as if they weren’t cleaned after closing the day before. Coffee is usually pretty good but again depending on the staff and day.

Had lunch at St Peters bakery with the family and 2 of us ate turkey and cranberry rolls, which were nice at the time. Only to be violently ill shortly after! Rang the bakery as a courtesy call, but was received by a super rude, wasn't interested, didn't-care attitude from the female manager. So disappointing!!!

I absolutely love this bakery! It's in my top ten. The prices are good, it is always clean and it has this sense of home to it. It smells amazing, and the food tastes even better! Always nice service, and comfy seating all round. Such a good place to celebrate, plan an event or just catch up with friends. Parking is a downside though, has a small carpark and not much road side parking.

Probably the best part of this bakery is their seating area - all sorts of options from comfy couches to bar stools to intimate seats around small tables for 2-3. The decor is friendly too, has a nice feel about it.
The actual products are yummy enough but overpriced in my opinion - I could find equally yummy products for almost half the price at other bakeries. Whatsmore the staff are just adequately friendly, didn't really go out their way for me.
